Avori ships to addresses in the United States. Standard Shipping With Tracking is free and tracked. Handling time is 1-3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. The cut-off is 2:00 PM Eastern. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Eastern begin handling the next business day. Transit time is 5-10 business days, Monday through Friday. Total delivery time is typically 6-13 business days.

Avori accepts returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery. Returns are by mail and the item must be in new condition. If you are not satisfied, the customer is responsible for the return label. If the item is broken, damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are responsible. Exchanges are not accepted.
